Remote Support ::

In some instances Remote Support may be a viable alternative to coming onsite to review & resolve a problem. Sometimes a better undertsanding as to what the user is experiencing is needed prior to a support visit. Our Remote support option is our solution.

To request a remote support session please call 01883 348290. We will allocate you a time for your session and will call you back at that time. Their is a nominal charge for each rtemote connection (and depending on the situation their may be a time charge as well)

We will send you a Remote Support Session Request via email. The link to the software needed to initiate the Remote Support Session will be embedded within the email.

Their is a nominal charge of £15.00 all in for each session (30 minutes), usually their will be no additional charges but where the support session is lengthy we will charge multiples of £15.00.

This software does not give us constant access to your computer and does not represent a security risk. We will only be able to control your PC when you run the software and provide us with the Session ID & password. You can end the session at any point and we will not be able to access your computer agian until you allow us access again by re-running the software providing us with the unique password created for each session.
